The purpose of the workshop is to introduce you to the theory and application of the antiracism approach. This approach is built upon bell hooks' ideas of radical transformative community change. Remember, transformation is changing through struggle: out of struggle, innovation and creativity forms.
These workshops are aimed at all who are ready to change their organisation/department using an approach that is not traditional or familiar. It is for organisations committed to antiracism and antidiscrimination: organisations who are willing to make impactful and sustainable change.
